Meet Dr. Kevin Bakar
Dr. Kevin Bakar is very passionate and dedicated to ensuring the best quality orthodontic treatment for you and your family. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of dentistry through a combination of volunteer work, professional work experience and teaching. He has received many awards, honors and accolades for his outstanding work.
In 2002, he earned a DDS degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry and graduated Summa Cum Laude. In 2004, he earned a Certificate in Orthodontics, also at the UCLA School of Dentistry. GO BRUINS!
In 2004, he started his private practice and has enjoyed improving smiles ever since!
Dr. Bakar loves paying attention to details. He has always taken pride in anything that involves fine detail, creativity, and precision. This skillset is evidenced in his hobbies of fine woodworking, metal working and mechanical engineering, which enhance the quality of your treatment.
He implements a proactive approach to treatment and begins seeing children as early as 6 years old to evaluate the kind of orthodontic treatment they will need in the future. Dr. Kevin Bakar speaks English, Spanish and French, so greet him with hello, hola or bonjour!
